  This blog is going to be about the book 'GOOD VIBES, GOOD LIFE'. The book was written by the amazing author Vex King. And we will go through it, and talk about every chapter separately. The book has seven chapters or parts. Every part is related to the other, and all of the parts are relates to the main topic.   Before we get started let me show you the book. About The Author

Vex King is an influencer, writer, mind coach and an entrepreneur. Vix went through a lot in his life while he was growing up. His dad died when he was just a baby. He had no fixed home, his family lived with relatives and in shelters. He grew up in troubled neighbourhoods where he experienced racism. Despite this, Vex turns his life. And became an amazing person who's now owns an empowering lifestyle brand, that called Bon Vita which is a hub of positivity for everyone wants to learn how to live a fulfilling life. The Author's Point

Due to the experiences Vex went through, he felt so bad and wanted to change his life. So, he decided to write a book that will help people to embrace a greater life, and to be a better version than they were yesterday. Therefore, Vix shares his wisdom on life in this book, with love and the desire that you will feel guided to release whatever makes you unhappy. Vex believes that spreading kindness, appreciation, love and happiness should be our highest priority in life. Because greatness cannot exists without it. The  question that Vex thinks you should ask yourself before reading the book is 'Are you ready to start living a greater life?'

Part One: A Matter of Vibes

This part is about your way of thinking and your vibes. The part mentioned two laws that considered important if you want a good life. First the law of attraction, the premise of this law is what you think about, you bring about. In other words, you can attract the things you want in life by thinking about it rather than think about the things that put you in a stressed or dread mood. Second the law of vibration,  this law means that reality is a vibrational ether that is responsive to changes in vibration. That means we need to change the way we think, feel, speak and act and we begin to change our world.  To follow the two laws above, we only need good vibes and to think positively. Because good vibes are simply higher states of vibration. Part Two: Positive Lifestyle Habits

This part talks about the power of our habits. And how some habits help to bring us closer to a more loving and joyful state. Some of the habits that were mentioned in this part: Surround yourself with positive people, this habit is a life changer. People are contagious so as energy. Therefore, always make sure that the people around you have positive vibe that you can absorb. Change your body language. It's hard to smile when things go wrong, but try it and trick your brain to feel good by changing your outer state to change your inner state. Take some time out. Always the simplest solution to feel happy is to unwind yourself and keeping some distance from the things that are stressing you out. Find some inspiration. Do anything that keeps you inspired, even if it was just a movie. Especially if it was a movie, don't underestimate the power of inspirational one. Sort out your nutrition and water. Part Three: Make Yourself a Priority

Putting yourself first is what this part about. And walking away from those who constantly bring you down it is not a sign of selfishness or weakness, but it's your right. Putting yourself first is in everything that you need to make a decision for. Like deciding if you should break up with your toxic partner or friend. Daring to leave your boring job, start a new business, etc.  On top of that, remember leaving energy drainers is the best for your own sake and sometimes you have to break away from the toxicity so you can heal. And before you try to fix someone else's vibe, make sure you are not killing your own in the process.

Part Four: Accepting Yourself

This part is all about self-love. Because you will not be important to others all the time, you need to learn how you can enjoy your own company and be important to yourself. And learning that you need to balance between accepting yourself with knowing that you deserve better. It also talking about how is the balanced approach is always the key to achieve a sense of peace and avoid feeling bad about yourself or the others.   Self-love helps you to recognize your worth and what you deserve, even if that meant you have to take some undesirable actions to others. Appreciating and valuing your inner and outer beauty is a sign of self-love. Part Five: Manifesting Goals, Mind Work

This part is about goals and how you can reach it. Your achievements start with your beliefs, so if you don't believe in something you will rarely see it in your life and as Napoleon Hill said 'Whatever your mind believes, it can be achieved'. So, this part started with mentioning positive thinking and the way you look at things is it possible or impossible, because you can't move forward with thoughts that hold you back. As you must believe that your mentality is your reality. But what if your beliefs are wrong? In this case you need to change your deepest subconscious mind, it's not easy but it will help you to improve your potentials. Don't spend your life being imprisoned by a belief system that limits your potential and prevents your dreams from coming true. All of the previous things that had been mentioned in the book are related to one point, the power of words. Part Six: Manifesting Goals, Taking Action

This part is about the importance of actions that you need to make to reach your goals.  As we all know change requires action, and giving up the easy route. In addition to how you can step out of your comfort zone, because growth takes place when you're challenged, not when you're comfortable. An another thing has been mentioned, is that consistency leads to results. Don't expect the results will come right away, you need to be patient and consistent to see a change happen And remember patience is a must when pursuing your goals. This part mentioned an another thing we see a lot among people, procrastination. This what the author describes in his book by saying procrastination is a dream killer, because once you try it the more you will become addicted to it and it will turn into a habit that will delay your process for reaching out your goals. 

Part Seven: Pain and Purpose

The author mentioned the importance of realizing our purpose in life, and how pain can be a life changer. This part talked about how pain change people and how it should not hold them back, but what they really need is to benefit from it, because some painful experiences are lessons to move forward and bring out the best in us.  An another thing has been mentioned is our purpose, and how it provides us with meaningful life. Also, how most people find it difficult to find or identify their truly purpose and how that lead them to suffering and questioning about what they want to do, or why they do it.  This part went talking deeper about what a great life is, and how going after a greater life is far from easy, and that's why most people settle for less, so they can save the painful lessons for themselves. But, what people should do is learning from failure and challenges, because in every failure and challenge there will be a lesson you can benefit from to have a life...
