Part One: A Matter of Vibes


This part is about your way of thinking and your vibes. The part mentioned two laws that considered important if you want a good life. First the law of attraction, the premise of this law is what you think about, you bring about. In other words, you can attract the things you want in life by thinking about it rather than think about the things that put you in a stressed or dread mood. Second the law of vibration,  this law means that reality is a vibrational ether that is responsive to changes in vibration. That means we need to change the way we think, feel, speak and act and we begin to change our world. 

To follow the two laws above, we only need good vibes and to think positively. Because good vibes are simply higher states of vibration.

For this part, I agree with the author but not completely. Because most people have both of positive thinking and good vibes but they settle for that only, they are like I will think positively and be in a good mood and everything will be fine. They believe thinking is enough without making any efforts to change themselves.
